2 USB points in room broken. Bedside & below tv. Not reported. Staff excellent. Staff shortage. Staff on reception having to also leave to work in bar taking orders. Same in morning at breakfast. Coped very well but that's not fair. Ultimately guests are having to wait. Traffic noise outside loud during night.

Guter Standart. Alles ist zufriedenstellend. Kann man weiter empfehlen. Genächtigt im 3 Bett Zimmer. Betten sind gut. USB ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Würde ich wieder wählen. Grüße

Just an overnight stay with family to break up the long journey from Scotland to down south, we did the same on the way up and stayed at a different premier inn and it was fine… this one was disappointing, in the bar, it was like it had been robbed… no Malibu, tia Maria, amereto…. Ran out of draft coke of all things…. No garlic bread which was a main part of a lot of dishes, the tables where very sticky (we tried a couple)….. also room was ok but the shower gel and hand gel need to be cleaned, hate to think of the germs around the tops… positives are beds lovely as usual and the have to say the windows kept out the motorway noise so was lovely and quiet

room was good , up to its usual standards unfortunately the restaurant lets it down , poor over cooked badly presented food , poor breakfast with a lot of stuff not available . excuses were it’s down to staff getting trained . i put it down to bad managment

Friendly staff especially Jane and Maddie, went above and beyond for us, We were in Preston for a football tournament with 17 13/14 year old boys. Great hotel, great location, clean and very comfortable rooms. I would definitely use again.
