Die Lage des Hotels ist super, aber der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind sehr schlecht.
Zwei junge Frauen sitzen an der Repzeption und sind überwiegend mit ihren Handys beschäftigt. Selbst beim Check-In und Check-Out, wurde nebenbei etwas mit dem Handy gemacht. Zudem wurde während der Gespräche Blickkontakt vermieden und sitzen geblieben. Als Gast hat man sich eher als Störfaktor empfunden.
Das Führstücksbuffet war gut. Kaffee und Tee musste man sich aber an der Bar abholen. Die Bestellungen wurde mit einem gelangweilten Stöhnen bestätigt. Hier war auch wieder keine Kundenorientierung zu erkennen.
Das hausinterne Restaurant Ludo (5. Etage) kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich nach ca. 20 Minuten Wartezeit wieder gegangen bin, da kein Kellner zu meinem gut sichtbaren Tisch kam. Hierzu muss man erwähnen, dass nur ca. 5 Gäste im Restaurant waren und ca. 5 Kellner motovationslos an der Bar saßen.
I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.
Great stay experience, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. I recommend it. Everything was perfect, from the service at the entrance to the room amenities and breakfast. The location is very good, with various amenities nearby, such as a park and the main road.
訪訪客用戶Отель небольшой. В маленьком дворике красивые деревья. Идеально для отдыха летом, но и весной неплохо. Сауна на дровах замечательная. Предварительно спросили какую температуру мы любим. Был травяной чай. Номер люкс отличный. Есть ванна. Близко к центру городу. Пять минут и вы возле Триумфальной арке. Можно посидеть на балконе. Особых недостатков нет, может быть только не хватает чайника в номере. Кроме того, легко бьётся посуда, потому что покрытие кафель. Интерьер достаточно приятный, в стиле лофт. Завтрак проходит в небольшом ресторанчике на первом этаже отеля. Все блюда вкусные. Были отварные овощи, сосиски, хлопья, яйца вкрутую, колбаса, сыр. Чай и кофе тоже на уровне. Администраторы создают в отеле доброжелательную атмосферу.

The reception staff on duty was Irina she is very friendly, helpful and kind and did her utmost to make my stay wonderful. 2 kisilik rezervasyon yapmama rağmen banyo ekipmanlari sadece tek kisilikti. Sicak su problemi sebebiyle geceyi duş almadan tamamladik.7/24 saat sicak su istiyorsaniz aradiginiz yer burası degil. Bu otelde sıcak su buldugunuz anda dus almanızi tavsiye ederim. Istediginiz saatte alma şansınız yok. Ertesi gunde sorunlar bitmedi..Tuvalet arızasi, Cop kovasiyla tuvalete su boşalttik. Şaka gibi......Odadaki telefonun çalışmaması yüzünden resepsiyonu ziyaret etmek zorunda kaldim. Ve yine sonuc alamadim. Odada safe box yok. Odada kettle var ama kahve cay ve sekeri kendiniz goturmeniz gerekiyor. Check in misafirler için cok onemlidir. Malesef check in sirasinda soğuk bir yüz ifadesi. Bu kötü deneyimin habercisiydi...Saunanin hemen yaninda oda verdiler. Gecenin ortasinda gurultuden uyanmak. Gurultu personelin umrunda degil. Oda ses yalitimi son derece yetersiz, Oteldeki tek pozitif sey kahvaltiydi.
訪訪客用戶My leg was twisted, it was so swollen. I was looking for an apartment with a bath (not a shower). I made a subscription and walked about 2km to this horrible hotel. I was shocked by what I saw in the room (see attached photos). They are frauds. When I booked the room, the photos of the chosen option were completely different (the last 2 photos). I couldn't stay there, but how? If my foot is swollen, and I have to put on my sneakers when I get out of the shower, because they don't give me a mat or slippers! There, it is scary to stand on this rotten tile with fungus and the carpet in the room, which is covered with dried swamp, garbage, crumbs and stains. The money was not returned to me! I tried talking to the managers - and everyone spits on you here. They are a disgrace to Moldova and Chisinau of the highest brand. I'm disappointed with Chisinau in general, because many people take a subscription and post unrealistic photos. The hotel market of Moldova is a shame. I will never return to this country again. Stay away from them! Do not even spend your time and energy on them. It is hard to find good apartments in Chisinau, especially clean because most of them use to live like that, but a God with you, I hope your travel will be okay, nevertheless.
