I have stayed here several times. Always very friendly and accommodating staff and the rooms are clean and quiet.

Making reservations was not easy. Then when we finally did we get to hotel and the front desk guy says we booked a handicap room and because we were not handicap there was going to be a extra charge. No where on web site did it state handicap room.

My card information was stolen after staying here. I had quite literally never used it anywhere before and after my stay, and yet it was used in the nearby area after. Will never stay here again.

My checkin experience was not the best, the manager that checked me in was rude. The place looked clean and unclutter. Went to the hot tub to relax my sore muscles, and there was no lights, so it was a very dark experience. The pool light(which by law has to be operating any time the pool is in use must be one, I know this because I am a certified pool operator) I found my way in the dark to the hot tub and developed a burning rash. I tried to shower off the chemicals, but the burning wouldn't go away. I had to sit in a cold bath to relieve the burn. So I tried to enjoy the rest of the night, but the heater must be broken, no matter how much I turned it down, it just kept pumping out heat. There are definitely a lot of maintenance issues, like the sheet rock falling off the walls in the pool area, outlets coming away from the walls, the finish on the wood furniture wearing off. I won't get into all of it, but ived been a building engineer for over 20 years ago, and maintenance is sub par. Now if I compare to other hotels I've been to, this place is in much better shape than others, it's the safety issues that concern me. The worst is the smoking violations I saw at the doors, state law states that smoking is prohibited within 25' of any common door, yet there are cigarette receptacle placed right next to the doors and people were smoking right outside the doors. That said, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

My room was very clean, nice and spacious. BUT, when I went to sleep, I set a glass of water on the nightstand, so I could have a drink of it when I woke up in the middle of the night, which I did a few times in the dark. When I woke up in the morning and turned the light on, there were ants all over the cup of water, in the water, on the inside and outside of the glass and on the night stand! GROSS!!! They need to have an exterminator visit regularly to treat the building for ants. I was told the ground in that area is mainly sand, so the ants are going to be an issue. But they need to stay on top of that. I probably drank ants in the night and didn't know it. YUCK!

We were there 3 nights and had no housekeeping. There also was a weird policy that we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk and then we could get clean ones.

Bedding and linens were not the cleanest, both bed sheets were inside out, there was someone else's hair leftover on one bed and lint/ unknown dark specs on the other and one of the towels. The buttons on the comforter were also annoying. Undusted surfaces in the room too.Thin walls, could hear when the neighboring rooms were talking or running water, and kids stomping down the hallway. We also weren't able to use the hot tub because by the time there was finally no children they closed the pool.

Great pool and hot tub. Rooms were average with small TV and okay shower. Staff struggled to resupply and I was charged an additional amount of money for having more guests stay in my room without being properly informed.

I booked a room through ******* for $78; approx $98 with taxes and fees. When I checked in they explained I couldn’t have the room I booked, changed my room and then charged me an additional $35 for the “upgrade”. Absolutely terrible.
