We stay here at least 4 times a year and have never had any issues at all. Tammy and all her staff on Reception and also all the housekeepers are lovely, very efficient and very polite, nothing is too much trouble. We always have the same room(room 30) which is perfect for us. Would highly recommend!!!!

The room was OK The food and service very poor. Had to return starters as inedible, the food was burnt. Breakfast was a joke. Asked what time I wanted breakfast. Said 06.30 Asked if it was buffet or table service, told buffet, which slotted well withy plans to attend early morning meeting. Arrived promptly at 6.30 for breakfast, to be told it was table service. My order was still not taken at 06.50. Had to leave without breakfast, even though it was paid in advance. Terrible service.

All the staff here were friendly and welcoming with the exception of the lady who checked us in. She was very slow not sure if she was new but seemed to take forever and pretty miserable! Other than that everyone else was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. We are from London and I had trouble sleeping because it was so quiet! Be warned breakfast service was very slow but perfectly adequate. The hotel was in a good location for everywhere we wanted to visit. As others have said the sat nav takes you to completely the wrong place. Search for the Costa coffee next door to the hotel and add this to the sat nav and this will lead you to the hotel. There is a sign saying the petrol station and shop is 24hrs however this is not the case it opens and closes when it feels like it so don’t rely on it! If we were in the area again I would stay again. An affordable option for exploring The Cotswolds!

It was extremely hot. There looks to be an air conditioning vent in the room. There's definitely a thermostat control in the room. There are instructions in the room for using this, at the top of which it says "If it's too hot or too cold...". The controller was off. I guess it needs a new battery. I went to reception to enquire, but the member of staff explained, in a very rude manner, that there is no air condition in the building. They said that this is explained on the website. I checked, and it is not. Either way, to leave instructions in the room on how to operate the air conditioning, and then to claim there's no air conditioning in the building, is ridiculous

Beds too high off the floor and the rooms were so hot they were unbearable. Fans were provided but they were completely ineffectual unlike the beautifuly air conditioned reception areas. Staff were pleasant and friendly but won't stay again due to the excessive heat in the rooms. Not a pleasant stay for that reason only.

Stuffy room with no ability to cool down or even open windows in the heat. Peeling paint on walls, no wheelchair or elevator access to upper floors, terrible information from staff. Everything is cheap and exceedingly stingy. First and last stay at a Premier Inn. This particular branch is effectively a service stop near the motorway. Convenient if you want to cook to death in a room during the summer.

In a heat wave room temp was a steady 28*c. Unable to open window more than a few inches due to security locks and insect screens . Fan provided to circulate hot air. Much cooler in corridors, reception areas and outside. Tap water had a tainted taste and bathroom smelled of drains. Sadly Not the usual standard of a premier inn.
