It was extremely hot. There looks to be an air conditioning vent in the room. There's definitely a thermostat control in the room. There are instructions in the room for using this, at the top of which it says "If it's too hot or too cold...". The controller was off. I guess it needs a new battery. I went to reception to enquire, but the member of staff explained, in a very rude manner, that there is no air condition in the building. They said that this is explained on the website. I checked, and it is not. Either way, to leave instructions in the room on how to operate the air conditioning, and then to claim there's no air conditioning in the building, is ridiculous
