莊園飯店(Hotel Hacienda)

They hotel didn't give me a room with wardrobe or closet or anything to put my clothes, not even a chair!!! The TV couldn't be set up. It's so noisy you can hear outside anyone talking, kids crying at 1 am and the view was the worse plus the blinds were quite difficult to scroll down. I tried to open a bit the window and the smell of food came. In the morning I told this to the receptionist and she said it was depending on how many days I stay they give me certain room, so they gave me kinda the worst. I do.not recommend this lie of hotel. Its a shame because through the pictures I had good expectations. Plus, the 50 aud deposit they said might be refunded in 5 to 8 business days. UNBELIEVABLE!

The rooms are very small, they only provide a fridge that they turn off while no one is there and it makes the whole smell disgusting. There are no windows in the room so you even air it out, & the shower over flows into the room which makes it extremely slippery. When checking in & out the staff aren't very polite.
