Protea Hotel Chipata

Exceptional hotel! Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. We’re from Australia and on bicycles. We were warmly welcomed the moment we arrived and made to feel special! The food was exceptional! Dinner and breakfast surpassed our expectations. We’ve been travelling for 4 years so it was a lovely surprise ( congratulations to the chef!) The only negative comment is that the location on google maps is incorrect so we ended up cycling an extra 10 kms ! However just a minor point as the hotel certainly was a 10/10 for us.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Dining room is spacious and lovely. Supper and breakfast meals were excellent. The building is showing some wear. The pool seemed very cloudy so unsafe to swim in my opinion.

整間飯店急需翻新。不值得一一列舉；所有東西都需要徹底改造。食物真的很不錯，至少對人數較多的團體來說是這樣，雖然等位時間要幾個小時。酒吧裡的小伙子們很棒，所以我給它三星。我避開了泳池，因為我對水質持懷疑態度。早餐還行。

Não há dúvidas de que esse é o melhor hotel de Chipata, mas quando chegamos na primeira noite, logo após termos um acidente de carro, a equipe não foi nada empática e pouco flexível conosco. Nos dias restantes, sempre que solicitávamos um serviço do hotel (encontrar uma empresa de aluguel de carro, por exemplo), era demorado e pouco confiável. Não tem serviços compatíveis com o nível de qualidade que se espera de um hotel Marriott
