Overall a good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool area and gazebo area need a little cleanup. OK breakfast Breads, cereal, yogurt, coffee and a waffle maker

Crystal the front desk manager was amazingl. With a warm smile and welcoming attitude, she provided outstanding customer service to every guest. Her genuine kindness made everyone feel valued and at home.

the front desk staff was so lovely, helpful and kind. very accommodating to me and my friend. the room was small but it worked for what we needed, a place to shower and sleep. breakfast was simple but still filling and I was grateful it was included in our stay. room was tidy and the air conditioning worked very well. the parking was easy to navigate and get in and out of. enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we come back to Chincoteague!

Room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast waffles were good but not many other options. Some protein added to the breakfast bar would go a long way. Overall very satisfied and would stay here with my young children again.

My boyfriend and I always stay at the Waterside Inn whenever we are staying in Chincoteague, it’s our favorite hotel!

We were supposed to stay for two days, we only stayed for thirty minutes. They didn’t refund me for the second that I didn’t stay. The toilet wouldn’t flush, our room is near the front, there was no privacy.

Front desk person was on her phone and made you feel like you were a bother. We won’t be back. But
