Bulk-headed shoreline & dock is perfect for crabbing, fishing or launching kayaks (2 included). The main level features an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room & 2 full bathrooms. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed. Central Heat/Air, 3 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi, Dishwasher & Beautiful Fenced Yard.

Cozy & Charming stay
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sandy Gem during Thanksgiving break. This charming house offers everything you need from cozy fireplace, glorious views and spectacular sunsets to eat-in kitchen, washer & dryer (this is always a huge plus for me) and comfortable couches. The house was spotless and very inviting. The location couldn't be more perfect! To summarize it Sandy Gem is a lovely house perfect for any season of the year to stay and enjoy your time off! :)
