We are very happy reguarding our kids,, they were taken care by the staff , especially Suma who takes care of kids in play room is very kids friendly and handles kids very nicely.

What a hotel . Private pool villas and large rooms . Service is top notch . Greenery is beautiful. Food is excellent. Breakfast spread and service is amongst the best I’ve seen . The coffee plantation walk by Mr Pradeep was very informative. Spa was decent A must stay !

The Serai resort at Chikmagalur is the perfect place if you are looking for calm, tranquility, aroma and oxygen. Our stay in a pool villa was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. Situated on a hill amidst coffee plantation, this resort makes us forget our busy city life. Special mention for the food service available here, recommended, prepared and served by chefs Mr. Anil Kumar, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Sadik and Mr. Gufran. They have attended to our request for Jain meals very diligently and with utmost hospitality. Their knowledge of the preparation and combinations of cuisines is commendable. I highly recommend everyone seeking serenity, delectable food and coffee to visit this place.
