The rooms are always so clean. It’s quiet. There’s no hassle with check in. They have everything you need in the room. The washer and dryer is a plus. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to get the ice machine in the freezer to work but everything else is perfect.

It’s been 4 consecutive years traveling to Chicago during Christmas time and 4 times staying at Sonder’s. The unit at Erie St is so far my favorite. The best location ever! This year I was not that luck once I had to live with noisy guests partying and screaming like crazy all night long. The cleaning should be reviewed since I found an apartment with a lot of dirt and decided to do it on my own. But anyway, the location was the biggest attraction of this trip. If I have to return to Chicago, I will definitely look for Sonder, even know I can face the same issues.

Great place. Everything was new and clean. Good location, walking distance of everything we wanted. Check in and checkout very easy. Only downside: smoke detectors above the stove, that limited our use of the kitchen. Alarm sounds very often with no reason.
