芝加哥西環凱悅嘉寓飯店(Hyatt House Chicago West Loop)

This is a great hotel,it's in the heart of everything. Restaurants & shops close by.We arrived several hours early and we were allowed to check in without an extra charge.The rooms are spotless. Fantastic breakfast to get you on your way.We had our pet with us & there was a flat $75 charge which was fair,not per night.Parking is free on the street ,but if you park in the garage it is $50 per night.We happened to find parking on the street. The hotel is in a very safe area.Enjoy if you pick this one.

An upside surprise and very good value for the money! Great location and convenient to excellent restaurants and nightlife. Clean and convenient hotel with a staff that was friendly and helpful. My only issue is getting the rooms cleaned. I literally had to beg and even then, I was successful only once during a four night stay. Bizarre.

While the room was fine and I think the front desk clerk was trying his best, the experience was not great. We arrived at 3pm for check in and had to wait 85 minutes for them to clean and inspect our room. This, in turn, caused us to be over 45 min late to the very event we drove 5 hours for. To make up for that we were comped 1 free drink (there were 5 of us) for the bar at which no one was working during the time we were there waiting or in the morning. Overall, very disappointed with our experience.

Had a family member having a procedure at Rush. This Hyatt House was FANTASTIC! Glad we chose to stay at this location instead of the one on the Rush Medical Campus. Outstanding and highly recommend! It was during the week, had very easy FREE street parking. Save the $50/night parking fee. The W Loop is such a fabulous place for everything in the city!

From the minute I walked in, I was met with a big smile from Patricia behind the desk... even though she was dealing with two weddings and a bunch of check ins and I was early... and she was alone... she moved thru everybody, taking care of everybody and made sure I was taken care of. Great location, easy to get to. I even lucked out and got free street parking right across the street. Always a plus.

Parking is lacking, but that is expected of Downtown Chicago property. The check in was near disastrous as the attendant failed to complete check in for my family and left at the end of their shift without telling me or the attendant that took over. It was late and the desk was not busy, but it took over 30 minutes and multiple tries to complete the check in and get the keys

I would recommend this hotel for everyone ! I was totally impressed with the cleanliness of the room, pool, fitness are and dining room! Great people and a beautiful hotel! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice, comfortable room. Very clean. Service was joy great. Had to ask multiple times for sheets to be replaced (after a spill), and staff at breakfast fine but not friendly. Walking distance to nice, family friendly restaurants!

Great place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. Good location near dining and the United Center. Safe area and safety precautions were in place at the hotel. I will stay here again.
