阿洛芝加哥(Arlo Chicago)

收費了93$加上保險什麼的我不知道，另外100$，工作人員說會退的。退房當天贈送 100 美元要求提供收據，並被告知提供退房日期。 退房當天，他們說要轉100$到我們刷的卡上，是渣打銀行的星球卡，還要一個月才能到帳。 擔心錢是否真的能進來？

Arlo was going to be a five star review… however, we had a bad first impression with the concierge. The man at the desk did not catch his name (a African American middle aged gentleman with glasses) was just so unpleasant from the get go. We were not welcomed or greeted at the beginning and the whole check in process was not pleasant. Then we got to our room and we were right by the elevator. It was constantly loud. Our room was also facing a building and always dark. We asked them to change rooms due to the noise and they said they can’t do anything. As for the checkout with the same gentleman it was also not a good process. He was very snappy and snarky. We felt judged and unwelcomed. Not sure if I would be coming back to this same hotel again.

The Arlo is located in a fantastic spot on Michigan Ave. just south of the river just north of Millenium Park. I loved the view of Michigan Ave. and how the staff addressed our complaint that the room seemed set up for one person when, in fact, it was a romantic getaway. My only complaint is about the very poor sound proofing between rooms. It's nice no to know others were also there for a romantic getaway, but, I mean, I didn't need to know the details.

Clean and modern hotel. Rooms are updated and comfortable. Great staff. Restaurant on property. The only item that I would recommend that could make your stay better would be the ability to purchase snacks and drinks after hours. Restaurant ckoses at 10:30, after that you're on your own if you would beeda refreshment. A small snack "store" or at a minimum, a vending machine would be appreciated. This is not a deal breaker, we will definitely stay here again regardless.

Wonderful hotel except for the train noise. If you happen to get a room on the train side, ask to move !! If you’re stuck with it, put the curtains completely down, that will help a lot as I think the curtains block the noise. Unfortunately, I just found this out by the end of my stay.

Great weekend family trip for college tour. Incredibly convenient location and modern hotel. Shower did not work well (hardly any pressure) on first day but I reported it and was fixed. Room service was good but costly. Parking is not at hotel but garage is relatively close. Would stay again primarily because of location.

Localização excelente, staff muito acolhedor, receberam pacotes de compras que fizem sem cobrar nada, e também permitiram, sem nenhum acréscimo, deixar nossas malas por 2 dias, para uma pequena viagem que fizemos para uma cidade próxima. Quartos, banheiros e cama perfeitos. Além de uma academia bem equipada. Nota 1000!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Arlo. Super convenient to Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, Museums, dining options, Navy Pier, and more. Very easy check-in. Only complaint would be the sheets replaced after our first night were damp to the touch, but after running the A/C while out at dinner, they dried out.
