克拉裡奇之家(Claridge House)

Very good localisation, nice lobby nice staffs BUT was disappointed about the room, we stayed 4 nights and no one came in 5 days to clean the room

房間比圖片/預期的要小得多。牆紙開始從牆上脫落，地毯上有一些污漬，但除此之外乾淨整潔。早上的服務/櫃檯早餐女士要么不知所措，要么就是不想在那裡。她對幾個人很粗魯，但在她的辯護中，要喝咖啡或果汁的隊伍很長，而且她是櫃檯後面唯一的人。我會向朋友推薦這個地方，但我也會告訴他們會發生什麼。

酒店地理位置優越，乾淨整潔，擁有短期住宿所需的所有設施。有一些不錯的裝飾，比如大堂旁邊的放著檸檬和橙片的水罐，以及下雨時客人可以使用的免費雨傘。

This was an anniversary celebratory trip. We chose this hotel as it was close to our friend's condo in the Gold Coast area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The small coffee and drinks bar is so convenient and came in handy when the weather turned cold and snowy.

This property is old and it shows. It had had a bit of a renovation and flooring is nice, beds are comfortable. But there is zero space in the bathroom to even change one’s clothes. Walls are dirty, ceiling has mold. No water pressure. Only two bath towels for three people. No hand towel holder so it gets wet on the sink counter or falls to the floor. Closet has a single light bulb with pulll chain and smells old. I would not rate this a four star at all. I will not stay here again. Tip: Use spothero to book your parking…it’s half the listed price.

Do not stay at the his hotel. $60 to park. The front desk staff seems pretty clueless, as if it was their fo at day. The worst however was when I realized the walls are paper thin and at midnight the woman on the next room was sobbing for quite a while. It was like she was in our room. Then at 2 am some more women showed up and started to party! The rooms look comfortable but the bed was very firm.

Got an upgrade to a better room. Accidentally left a pair of shoes. After 2 hours tried to find said shoes but magically no one can find them. Not worth the upgrade for staff to “not see anything”. Won’t be staying there again.

Great stay! A wonderful location- very walkable to many things and easy access to CTA red line. Enjoyed having a decent coffee shop in the lobby!
