紅寶石客房飯店(Ruby Room)

Great room for the price. The room wasn't completely "clean" when we arrived. For example, the mirror, walls, and ottoman definitely needed some tlc but the sheets were clean and more towels were brought up upon request! No issue getting in or out of the building, just parking. Overall we had a good experience. Loved the area and local spots.

Ruby Room Inn is a delightful place to stay in Chicago. I was sent an access code a day or two before arrival which worked on both the street door and my room door. I was given a number to text in case of any issues which i did not need as there were no issues. The room was spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. There was a big walk in shower with plenty of hot water and soft comfy towels. The bed was huge and gave me a very good nights sleep. The only down side is the lack of parking. There is no dedicated parking for this Inn so it was up to me to find a spot on the street. There is no parking on Division Street in front of the Inn. I did find a spot around the corner after going around the block a couple of times and fortunately was not ticketed for parking in a resident block. Overall, a thoroughly delightful stay.

No tv and our room was still being cleaned as we were shwoing up and were told we had to wait while they were cleaning she was very nice but i feel it should have been done hours before

Our stay was pretty amazing. We had a very cute and comfortable room. It was all updated and very clean for us. I especially loved the bathroom.

Cute room with fun architectural details above a storefront in a great area. Close to blue line and tons of restaurants and shops. Local management was helpful and responsive and self-checkin process worked well. Room was clean and was nicely decorated, but carpet looked a little beat up. Be aware that there is a steep set of stairs to access rooms. Not a problem for us, but maybe for some.

Don't go to the Ruby Room. We had no hot water in our room for the first night and next morning. There were holes in the bed sheets. Also there is no front desk for the hotel so it is not easy to resolve these kind of issues with someone. I called ********** to ask for reimbursement for one of the two nights. They called the Ruby Room and the owner refused. Nice customer service, Ruby Room. Go somewhere else, ********** members.

The room was very clean and the property is located in an awesome area! I would most definitely be back. I also would not pay for parking as there is plenty around in street parking.

Beautiful place in a happening part of town. The metro was just a couple blocks away. We felt safe wandering at all hours of the night.

The property was in a decent location and was clean and nice enough. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I’ve given it a 3/5 because there was some sort of fragrance or air freshener that was used and was so strong it gave me a headache and caused my eyes to burn. I had to open a window (and it’s currently winter). Otherwise, the pillows on the bed were fabulous.
