燈光芝加哥逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Alsip)

Room was good beds seemed smaller than a Double. The Location around was very dirty . Had someone Break into my room from the Conjoining room . the Facilities was nice and Clean Check in and Check out was not so great.

The hotel is a bit run down and the walls are thin. There was a room full of children one night that didn't quieten down so everyone could sleep until security was called (not by me). Between that and the loud people in the hall waking me at 5:30 AM, I didn't sleep much. I drank water from the tap my entire stay because I didn't want to pay for their bottled water, which is fine, as I am not picky about my water, but I ended up getting charged for them, even though I didn't touch them. I had to call later to get the charges removed. All in all, not my most pleasant hotel experience...

The property had lots of parking in the front and back. The front desk teller did not explain anything to us as far as check out, room number, breakfast, or dinner. I had to go stand in line to another teller to get info about the hotel. So my first impression of double tree was not promising. Our room was so clean and welcoming. Check out was a breeze. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Very unprofessional and dirty. They have faulty electrical equipment that staff knows about, so they do a quick fix to get microwave on 1st floor working. I was told by staff it’s been like that for a while. The only good thing is location is convenient.

There was a festive a**osphere on the property during the evening both nights I stayed. I loved the pumpkin carving competition between depar**ents My 1st room 414 had been neglected for sometime based on the sheer curtains at the window. The hem had came apart and was dangling below the rest of the curtains. There was old mold on the curtains, wall & window. The room had an unpleasant odor that became very apparent when I switched to another room. The window was so wet I thought it had rained inside the window. The floor was wet by the window and there was a beer bottle cap underneath the bed closest to the window. The other bed had candy that was not cleaned up before the room was given to me. Also the pull pin for the shower came off in my while I was trying to take a shower. The management was alerted to situation and offered to move me to another room. The least they could have offered a discount on breakfast.

The lobby area was very nice with alot of areas for sitting and relaxing and it looks how i expected compared to other Doubletree's I've stayed at. The frontdesk staff were nice when i checked in . The room wasn't what I would expect from a Hilton, it didn't have a Microwave, the kleenex container was empty, the thermostat wasn't working properly and on my last day the toilet wasn't working, the bodywash ran out and they passed up my room for cleaning the only day that I saw the cleaning crew .

I guess my room was ok my floor was very noisy the kids was really loud. Which I know kids will be kids. But the manager on the shift at the time was too extra. Me and my kids couldn’t enjoy the pool because he was too busy making sure we had wristbands. Had us get out the water to put them on. When they was sitting in plain site on the table. It got to the point where he stood at the door like security and didn’t let you in if you didn’t have a wristband. I feel that if I’m not getting in the water and I’m fully dress.To watch my kids swim it shouldn’t have been a problem. And that was a HUGE problem. Not cool.

This was a last minute over night stay. Stephanie was great checking me in! The hotel was great. Room was tidy. Bed was comfortable and had clean sheets and covers. Cookies were amazing. would definitely stay again.
