"The hotel is located right at the edge of the main old town area, steps from the walking streets. It’s tucked behind an old church and is the same style as the surrounding historical buildings. Lots of good shops and restaurants in close walking distance. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. Bathroom was particularly nice, two separate heads in the shower. But what sets this hotel apart is the staff. In really every aspect they were warm, welcoming and responsive. Whoever is running this hotel is doing a fine job because the staff works very well together and excels in every function, including front desk, restaurant, bellman. For example late one night my wife needed medication and there were no 24 hour pharmacies in the town. The night manager found one in a neighboring town and spoke with the pharmacy to make sure the medication would be ready. And on top of all that had after hours meals prepared for us to be ready when we got back (excellent by the way). This place felt like home. We will absolutely go back any time we are in the area."
