c est une bonne adresse , des petits bungaloo au coeur de la vieille ville , r.a.s , le patron roy est au top , parle hollandais anglais et meme français (un peu) , toujours a l ecoute et de tres bon conseil ,location de scooters le moins cher. voila la localisation est aussi excellente ! bon voyage a tous !!!

Owner managed hotel who takes great pride in creating a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience in Chiang Mai. Owners are welcoming and knowledgeable of services in area. Cute little bamboo bungalow that met our expectations.

Family ran hotel and restaurant. Bamboo huts in the middle of the Old City, along with regular style rooms. Great food and friendly staff. We love their smoothies and the guacamole with chips for snack. Awesome service and prices on motorcycles rentals. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our weeks stay here. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. This place may not be what everyone is looking for but for us it was perfect. The rooms were very clean spacious and serviced regularly during our stay. If you are looking for a penthouse with fluffy linens and a bed you sink into than this may not be right for you. (Remember it is a bamboo hit you are staying in) This place is all about location and a different experience than staying at a hotel/hostel. Every morning it was so nice to just be able to relax and not hear noise from the streets or restaurants. It was like having a little private garden in the middle of the city. While we were there for our stay the main restaurant was going under construction by that was not an issue for us. The staff was apologetic but it was no issue with noise or inconvenient. We would have like to have supported the resort by dining there once or twice but we did get to see the finished restaurant and it looked really nice.

They should seriously consider automating their booking process. Or at least have an accurate way of tracking reservations. My wife and I just got married and after a long day plus a flight to Chiang Mai, we were excited to settle down and stay somewhere nice for our honeymoon. We had booked months prior and had paid upfront because there were only 4 huts to choose from. Upon arrival, we were told that they messed up our booking and thought we were arriving the day after. Not a great way to start our Chiang Mai trip. Though we did appreciate their efforts in looking for an alternative hotel for us and then paying for it. So I would like to commend the owner, Roy for that. We ended up staying in MD Boutique Hotel. Though the time wasted and the hassle involved was definitely not ideal.
