酒店一般，本來已在線交了全款，酒店還在信用卡上預留150美元，至今尚未取銷。其它酒店都沒有這種事情發生！且沒有早餐。

This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The GM and management are completely useless and disrespectful. Corporate should completely get rid off the management there and hire new, more qualified friendly staff.

Check in service was great. Bar service was a tad slow. Breakfast was a joke compared to what we have had at other places. There was NO internet service. 1 of the pool tables was broken so the kids had little to do but wait for the only table that was working to play. Would possibly stay there again if needed but would take my own pillows.

My stay was pleasant and my room was clean and comfortable although a little dated. There were renovations taking place and the mornings were a little noisy but not too bad. It should be very nice when completed. The restaurant/bar had limited hours. The breakfast was typical quick items and waffle maker, eggs and potatoes. Close to highway and easy to find.

We had a pet friendly room for an additional $35. The carpet was stained and the room did not have a pleasant aroma. Ordered food from the bar that was okay. Received one complementary breakfast coupon while the room was booked for two people. We will not be back!!

Hotel is quite dated and is currently undergoing renovations. Noise levels were high due to outside weather conditions. Cold air coming through outside wall, making it difficult to maintain comfortable temperature in room. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Checking in and out was easy.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Ice machine on third floor out of service, Coke machine on sixth floor out of service. 2nd and 4th floor in process of being remodeled. overall a positive experience. Look forward to the new remodeled rooms.
