Extremely greedy , old, un maintained dirty, unhygienic resort. Pictures in website are fake glamorous and all electronic inventories are repaired every tym we use it. Insects in complimentary cookies and cashews. Rates are exorbitant and non trustworthy. They keep changing rates. Landscape, entry gate , restaurant gives you sad feel. Dirty and old. We paid 33k/ day per room. It was not worth 10k. Infinity pool is full of insects algae. Spa is soiled and dirty. All bed sheets ,etc are used and very old. Buffet breakfast is not upto the class. Very cheap quality. We felt sad after reaching there. Reception itself is so small and old. Difficult to get a glass of water at reception. Jiwa resort is much much better than this in all aspects.

We are just back in Mumbai and we still miss your resort which is heavenly and beautiful its location & design make it more like heaven and as it said material things can not make things beautiful, it is the human touch that makes the material things look and feel like heaven the people /staff who take care of this heaven makes this place more BEAUTIFUL AND LOVEABLE………Our beautiful experience with some of the loveable team members ; • Mr. Pawan - Who was so supportive and softly spoke to arrange my daughter's birthday arrangements in her room with CUTE decoration. • Mr. Augustine and the Team made my Daughter's Birthday CAKE and presented it in a restaurant on the birthday evening and a small beautifully decorated cute Pestri for a mid-night birthday cake cut. • The Live Singing Team at the restaurant was so good at singing and their VOICES were sweet and enjoyable … We will never forget the song sung by them… they are really really good all of them …. We appreciated their gesture of singing special. Birthday song for my daughter that evening. • Mr. Pujari/Pujara …. The Manager of the Spa and adviser to us for double Decore living root bridge tracking TIPS for successful completion. He was quite good in guiding us very well for the double Decore bridge tracking/trek. Overall, it was LOVELY MEMORIES we carried back to Mumbai, and hope to see you guys sometime again. Nice experience . view from the holtel was terrific. Room service ***** with food court was good. Thank to sekhar. Tiew,povbitra. and jeni very helpfully person. Room are good decorated . Room are propermain. Thank to all staff. . .

Had a great stay...great ambience, food and views. Very aesthetic restaurant at Sohra House with great selection of food items and drinks. Staff here were very cooperative and active specially Pabrita da. Had a great time.. Highly recommended!

Location of resort is wonderful which is enriched by the decent staff & food. I enjoyed my stay there. This is one of the best resort in Meghalaya.

Location is excellent. Cleanness is good but rooms need maintenance. Wifi is not working properly. In my room no 511, mobile signal is not coming, moreover intercom is also not working. How we get connected with reception, is a big challenge. They should change the name of Hi Tea. Because it's not a hi tea. It's just tea with one snack. They need to know the meaning of hi tea. They offered hi tea on 1st floor, so for them ,its high tea. Food quality is good. There junior staff needs training. They don't wish you when they pass. They close lunch orders before mentioned time in menu.
