歡迎非常友善。我們可以在抵達時入住房間並在離開當天寄放行李。 晚餐很好，但有點貴。位置應該很重要…

Notre chambre était petite, chaude, sans climatisation, avec une fenêtre donnant sur le restaurant en dessous. Après un long trajet à vélo (Loire à Vélo), nous espérions une douche rafraîchissante, mais le tuyau fuyait, rendant la douche impossible. Nous avons signalé le problème à la réception, mais aucune solution ni excuse ne nous a été proposée. Le petit déjeuner était très basique, et le local à vélos, situé à l'extérieur et non sécurisé, ce qui est surprenant pour un établissement accrédité « Accueil Vélo ».

Points positifs : à 2 pas du château, personnel très sympa. Points négatifs : pas d ascenseur, chambre exiguë, pas de rangement, pas d isolation phonique, moquette à changer, baignoire sans bonde, sans rideau pour se doucher, rien pour poser sa trousse de toilette, deco vieillotte, barreaux du sèche serviettes très sale ainsi que le vélux. Chaleur étouffante même avec la Clim fournie ds la chambre. Prix de la chambre élevé ainsi que le prix du petit déjeuner, ça ne les vaut pas ! Et Pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite…….

Grazioso hotel a pochissimi passi dal castello . Camera piccola ma graziosa, appena rinnovata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Non dispone di posto auto riservato ma a pochi metri parcheggio pubblico e stazione ferroviaria. Buona colazione servita nell'hotel accanto

We visited the restaurant on 27th May at 19.00. We had written confirmation of our table reservation which included confirmation of a gluten-free requirement. The importance of the gluten-free option was discussed with the manageress on arrival. When the main course arrived, the steak was covered with a sauce. I was unsure if this was gluten-free so queried it with the waitress, who took it back to the kitchen to check. After 10 minutes waiting, she returned with the plate with no sauce. She dumped it on the table with no explanation or apology. Later, we raised it with the manageress and after investigation she said that the chef had prepared a gluten-free steak, but the waitress had taken the wrong plate. Had we not queried this, my wife would have been severely sick and ill for a day. Not what anyone expects on holiday. To make matters worse we were charged the full amount with no goodwill gesture to compensate for such a serious incident. The restaurant was very busy and the service was very slow and we were there for over 2 hours for a basic meal. However that wasn't as disastrous as the gluten-free error!!

La force du restaurant ... Les gratins de pdt ne sont pas cuits et baignent dans le lait. Pas d assaisonnent. Les burgers et les frites qui sont maison mais rechauffees sont meilleurs dans les grandes chaînes. Donc sa force . est d être ouvert.
