Very good hotel which is decently priced. Location was good. Service is also good. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. I had a pleasent stay. Definately worth trying considering their afforfable price. A value for money deal. Exceeded my expectations in all areas considering the price point. Room was designed was vibrant and colorful.

Overall the staff and service was good and to add breakfast was excellent . The room has old rustic equipments the AC is dripping water and tv never worked and foul smell in room but the staff are nice and helpful asked for cleaning , hairdryer and Mat all was serviced well

Hôtel situé dans une artère animée. Pas visible de la route. Chambre correcte avec toutes les commodités. Personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner parfait. A côté, il y a un bar et une boîte de nuit. Pas de nuisances sonores mais beaucoup de monde devant l'entrée de l'hôtel

Just taking out our time to gist out our honest feedback about our weekend stay at Hotel Belstead Chennai. To kick start with, a special mention of heartful greeting at the lobby by the lobby Manager made us feel like we were a prince and princess experiencing the magic of the Hotel Belstead, My hubby felt as if it was his mother-in-laws place and Kids felt home away from home. Ambience, Food, Services, Hygiene were of high standards. Entire team were well trained, very professional, friendly and accommodating with all our needs particularly with organising. They all go above and beyond to make guest's stay comfortable. They always are greeting and smiling to us. The buffet spread during breakfast were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and the bottom line is its strategic location . We felt special from the beginning to the end. The three things that made the best in this hotel: 1) beautiful and Stylish rooms 2) first rate service from the staff and 3) exotic food with lavish spread 4) upholds the highest standards of hygiene,sanitization protocols and emphasises on Sustainable living. 5) Walkable distance to best restaurants in Chennai,US embassy and Sankara Nethralaya eye hospital & Apollo Hospital 6) Some of the more popular amenities offered include free pass to nearby Gym, spacious roof top garden for events. Overall we had best stay ever in our Life, made special memories !! A great experience and perfect place to celebrate a birthday weekend. I have no hesitation in recommending The Belstead Hotel Chennai to the tourists who want to go to Chennai. PARTICULARLY WANT TO THANK THE MOST PROFESSIONAL GENERAL MANAGER,Mr. MURALI WHO IS THE BELL OF THE STEDE AND ENTIRE BELSTEAD TEAM! We didn't want to leave without some kudos to your excellent staff particularly Front Desk Manager- Ms Tanya (The Best/excellent ) ALOE restaurant Managers - Mr.Mario and Mr George:The team made us feel home away from home Security team lead by Farouque .. Almost all the entire team of The Belstead hotel have lived up to its reputation of being one of the best Luxury hotel. You guys are wonderful! Truly a great Stead! EVERYTHING! Just Top Notch. Will be back to this BELSTEAD soon..!!!

Was on a business trip and stayed in this hotel for a day. Found it to be a good hotel at a very attractive price. Reception desk was courteous and efficient. Rooms are clean, of right size and have all the amenities. Washroom was large and well equipped. Bed and Pillows were comfortable and linen clean and tidy. Having said that I have to knock off one star for all the support staff. Bell boy was an untidy looking dis-interested guy. Ditto for the watchman and luggage handling boys. All looked and sounded greedy and uncourteous. Have one suggestion - get some good hospitable team of support staff.

Hotel is nicely located proximity to apollo chennai and other major hubs,staffs are polite only thng bothering was ventilation system both inlet nd outlet,hotel is centralized ac but it is not so effective whn outside temp and humidity is so high nd bathroom exhaust is also not wrkng ,needs upgradation in ths aspect ,rest evrythng is ok apart from proprly trained hotel staff those ppl mi8 b polite but not prprly trained for prpr resolution of guest needs.
