I stayed in a Non-AC room, there were a lot of pigeon excretions all over the window frame.
No hot water was available, on asking they said they would be giving an electric coil to heat water. This is the most dangerous method to heat water.
The fan had a broken regular, and it was fixed at its max. The electric sockets and switches would always create a spark on using.

Good stay with clean room and helpful staff. The guest house is very close to marina beach and many other tourist places

No parking. Spend your sleep and leave. Not with family or friends. .

There is no hotel staff for clean, and no clean bed sheet. The hotel not provide water for drink. Room size small but ok, but the toilet is so small for bath and toilet.
