The worst hotel I have ever been in. I wonder who ever have it a two star rating. For a fateful day, since I had no other rooms available in the vicinity, the host sponsored our stay and asked us to manage... Little did we know that it was so bad. The receptionist is seemingly rude and is very irresponsible, really unfit in a customer centric role. No Wi-Fi password given even after repeated requests. Restaurant was closed for renovation and it was very difficult with a young child. The TV did not play at all... They keep passing responsibility and nobody came over. The bedsheets were dirty with hair all over and black spots. No change was given. The infrastructure was bad and the water from the overhead tank was seeping in through the window. The most irritating and torturous 24 hours

We booked an ac room where ac is not coming peoperly, getting heat and sand kind of feeling from air, the towels are not there we have to beg them, and the bedsheet is very dirty again need to beg them. No mirror and toiletries in the bath rooms and flush is not working properly. Floor is also not cleaned all my feet were black. I did not take any food there. I paid in mm t but they still ask amount to be paid and when i showed the receipt, they cross checked and said sorry.

Property location and room are very good, car parking area is good. Hotel rent very comfortable. Big hotel

It was great experience at hotel mount heera, wel manned staff humble cooperative, ambient bar area too over all memorable experience at chennai thank you for such a kind hospitality

No calling bell, intercom. Bed all round edges tilting which may slide the sleeping person to fell down when turned to edge.

Bed not well, cigarette smell on the corridor, rooms not well maintained and bed is not in a good condition
