When I entered the premises & had interaction with the staff I felt I did the wrong thing of booking this property. But as I checked-in the room there was a relief. Room was well maintained with clean bedsheets & towels in place. Didn't have any bad odour of any sort. Overall value for money. What lacks is: 1. Unprofessional & untrained staff. Least interested in knowing your choice/opinion. For every small thing I had to request or call the manager. 2. Breakfast is not in house it's brought from outside & served 3. Location is not so good as it's in the old city area, which might not be suitable to all. If overall improvement in terms of the entrance & training the staff is taken care by the property owner then it's a sure recommended property for all. Else I would recommend solo travellers who are on work trip to visit this place & avoid with family & look elsewhere.

Booked a room for my friend with his family and we clearly conveyed that we need checkin in the morning at 6.30 am and after reaching there the reception person asked them to wait till 12 noon. My friend was asked to wait till 12 am with his family and not even a wash room or waiting room provision was given. This was a horrible experience the family was made to go through after an overnight train journey. I would never want them to come back to this place ever again and would advise the customers to stay away from this hotel.
