住了2晚今天要退房了,首先,以4星標準酒店而言,絶對可以給予5星酒店評級入住和離開都有手禮赠送。
首先,員工服務整體高水準,由前台工作人员以致餐廳員工都顯得友善,特别是前台女經理主動協助解决旅游問題。房间潔淨,設施齊全,有足够usb 和 type C 充电位,浴室很大,大電视看得舒服,牀也舒適。早餐真的可以給95分,完全超出我預期。食物質素好更保持新鮮。至於位置只是走過天橋就步行到IFS 和太古里―带,酒店兩边食肆林立,不仇吃喝。往返机場都是在爬牆熊貓對出坐直巴的,很方便。
當然有不足之處,我房間風管機空調對著床頭位,整晚被冷氣吹著頭都痛,所以兩晚都睡得不好,但關掉空調又有点焗,如果能將床相反方向放置就沒有問題了。這就是扣了分地方。
