La direction se permet de noter vos numéro de carte bancaire sur un cahier en plus d'encaisser une caution de 150 $. Cette caution a été remboursée 10 jours après mon séjour, et après réclamation par mail. Patron très désagréable.

The motel is a good value for the amount we paid. The rooms were clean, and warm and the motel was located where we needed to be. It was a last minute booking due to an impending storm. The fellow who checked us in was very efficient and caring. Very basic lodging but there when we needed it.

With car driving a few min to shops/ theatre/downtown area/ museum/ Cafes

Nice room, quiet, good heater and air conditioning. Not enough outdoor waste garbage cans. All in all we would stay again.

I’m only rating staff, service & area around the property as 3 because this is not a 5 star stop. There are really no amenities and the staff are not on-site available 24/7. The staff were excellent at what they did when they were on-site. This is a motel along the highway that really just looks like an old motel along the highway. However, the room we stayed in was as modern as any 4 star I’ve stayed in. So you definitely can’t judge a book by its cover in this case.

Felt like home. Very nice kitchenette and nice to be able to open the windows and door for fresh air. Quiet property and the restaurant next door was very handy.

Nice if you're looking for a good place to use as a landing base while exploring. No AC but with the window open it was fine. Excellent water pressure. Very friendly staff

I notified them I would be a late night check in, sent in a signed form, ID, and Mastercard photocopy. Was told to call when I got off the Victoria ferry. Called and no answer, went to voice mail. Called again when I arrived at the motel, no answer, left a message, Had the choice of sleeping in my car or find another accommodation for the night. When I checked in I found I had been billed for the night I had no access to the room, so I paid two places for the same night. Check in was only from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check out was "use the mail slot" to drop off the keys. The find dining restaurant they advertised was up the street and not part of the motel.

Excellent service and clean quiet room. AC filter may need service and TV remote not working well.
