Travelodge Cheltenham

Stayed here for one night to break up journey. New design Travelodge so rooms and interior was of their normal good quality. Main issue was our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking a roundabout / busy A road junction so it was very noisy during the night. Other issue was that even though the hotel was dog-friendly, the Harvester on the same site was not dog friendly so you are not able to eat on site with your dog. Sorry won’t be returning.

I stayed at this travelodge for one night , when I arrived I realised that my friends had made a mistake about the booking , and it was made for the following week which made me very upset and anxious . The young man Paul who was working that evening was an absolute saint ,, he made it possible for me to stay that evening which I couldn't thank him enough for ,, he also helped me with my parking and looked after me . If it wasn't for this young man I would have been stuck,, he is a very calm , friendly , helpful, professional young man and I can't thank him enough for what he did ,, I will definitely be staying there again and advising people to do so also . The travelodge itself was immaculate, warm and the bed was amazing . I 💯 recommend anyone to stay here if you are visiting Cheltenham ,, true value for money with the added excellent care from this young man Paul and all the other friendly staff .

Just like to give my view on this Travelodge in Cheltenham..Plenty of spaces in the car park the pay machine is easy to use, and in a very easy location to find. All the rooms I have stayed in have been clean and tidy. A big shout out to the staff, Rachel and Ollie so helpful and also very well mannered.
