曼斯利斯特羅茲宮套房飯店(Strozzi Palace Suites by Mansley)

Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although the helpful and friendly Ray in reception assured us this would be fixed next time we visited and we can certainly say we would stay again!

We have stayed at The Strozzi Palace a few times now. We love the decor and the fact that everything has been carefully thought through. We found Roy, who manages this property, to be extremely helpful and answered any queries we had efficiently and quickly. Just a couple of things ....it would be great if there was a single hob on which to cook breakfast eggs and we found the pillows a little uncomfortable. Otherwise it's a fabulous property very conveniently situated for exploring Cheltenham. We will definitely return.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in the Napoli suite and enjoyed every second of our time there. The suite is beautiful, extremely clean, very spacious, lovely decor and furnishings, huge comfortable bed. We loved all the little extras, the coffee machine, selection of teas, the bottle of milk in the fridge, the robes and slippers. The building is only a few minutes walk from the main high street, so everything you need is pretty much on the doorstep! Our only criticism would be that the sofa is very uncomfortable as it's so low and the arms are so high! Guests would also benefit from a couple of coat hooks in the little entrance in to the room. But apart from that, everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

Just wow is all I can say! Did a one night stay in the siena apartment! Even arriving through the main doors downstairs I was blown away with how beautiful and clean the place was! Our apartment was spectacular! Spacious,clean,amazingly boutique feel! Bed was amazing! Robes and slippers were an added bonus! We are definitely staying again sooner rather than later! Close walk to everything you need! The general manager was lovely too I'm really nosey when staying in hotels and asked him to show me the other apartments nothing was too much trouble very polite!

My partner and myself stayed here for a week and were very happy with the accommodation and found the staff to extremely helpful with an extra mention to Roy Diamante who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend Strozzi Place to friends we look forward to our next visit.

I was really pleased with my stay at Stozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The price was extremely affordable and the suite was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Customer services were very helpful, efficient and polite. Would not hesitate to book again.

One of the best nights sleep I've had in a while. I felt so comfortable from the time I arrived until I left. Roy especially made me feel safe and couldn't do enough for me. I would definitely recommend staying and will be returning myself! Thank you!

Fantastic stay for a few days, clean and comfortable. The only thing (and its very minor) is that it wasn't very clear how you could get access to the property, I had to call, which was fine - I just missed from the communication that I needed to. Perhaps just texting or emailing the code to the booker?

Very comfortable centrally located Cheltenham serviced apartments. Very good facilities in the room. Air conditioned. We were visiting the Cheltenham Science Festival. The on-site manager, Roy, was very helpful throughout our stay.
