"Nice cozy inn in the downtown of Chelan. Very easy contactless check in. Rooms are small but cozy and bed is comfortable. Very small bathroom. The hotel is located just few blocks from downtown Chelan, close to all restaurants, bars and shops. Right across the street from One wines which is a great local wine bar."

"We loved the location, our room, and the owners. A perfect illustration of the warm welcome you will find here is a sign they have posted outside in the mornings. They brew great coffee and supply various creams and cups to go with it along with water. The sign reads as follows: “HOT! Deep Water Inn Guests & Future Customers…Please Enjoy some Hot Coffee Thank you for staying or visiting us!” The days we stayed, their little breakfast/lunch shack was not open but the menu looks really good for a quick breakfast or a bag lunch for exploring the National Park. The location is great for catching the ferry to the National Park as well as walking back and forth to the little town of Chelan."

"我在我們旅行前一個月通過***********預訂了切蘭湖之家的一居室套房,預訂時我的信用卡被全額收取。我在旅行前幾天收到了確認信息。然而,當我們10月7日下午7點到達車蘭湖之家辦理入住時,前台被告知,自10月6日(!)以來物業超額預訂,他們決定“搬遷”我們,即我不得不打電話給***********要求找到我們其他地方住宿,在與***********通了一個小時的電話後,我被告知他們當時在切蘭找不到任何類似的住宿(當然,一切都已經預訂)。所以我們基本上被趕出了保留和付費的住宿,我們不得不去另一個城鎮,爲自己找到過夜的地方。我甚至無法想象這可能會在我們的世界發生。所以請小心,如果你處理這個屬性,它可能總是會發生,我知道這個“搬遷”是他們的標準程序。"
