I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was truly unacceptable and needs to be posted.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. He made no effort to welcome us or provide basic guidance. We were given no instructions on how to reach our room 426, which turned out to be on the second floor in a confusing layout with no clear signage. After wandering around for an extended time trying to find it, we returned to the reception, only to be met with silence like he didn’t have tongue in his mouth. The receptionist didn’t say a word just handed us a paper map and pointed vaguely, as if speaking was too much effort. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel completely unwelcome.
We were not given access to the convenient side gates that would have allowed easy access to our room. Again, no explanation or guidance was provided. It felt like we were intentionally being inconvenienced, and sadly, we couldn’t help but suspect that his rude and dismissive attitude may have been due to our names or skin color. It was hard not to feel that some form of racial bias or discrimination was at play.
we were disappointed to find there was no body soap in the bathroom, bottle was empty. A basic amenity like that should never be missing in any hotel, regardless of its rating.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality especially from the front desk was inexcusable. Management seriously needs to address staff training and review potential discriminatory behavior. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return.
1. 프론트 데스크 매우 불친절 : 체크인 당시 Deposit 결제를 위한 카드 및 신분증 제출 요구 외에는 일절 추가 설명 없음.
2. 객실 내부 불청결. 침구에서 냄새남.
3. 1층 객실이었는데, 커튼이 반투명 소재라 외부에서 내부가 훤히 들여다 보이는 상태임.
4. 매우 시끄러움.(방음 안됨) 약 새벽 2시까지 옆방이 너무 시끄러워 잠을 잘 수 없음.
5. 프론트데스크로는 전화 연결이 안됨.(받지 않음).
절대 다시 이용하지 않을 것임. 비추천.
