I never do reviews but I didn’t have the best experience here. First of all, I stayed here with my family and needed a 2 bedroom suite. For the price, I expected a lot better service. Check in was at 3 and we got there at 3:30 and was told our room was no where near ready. I was instantly irritated because I’m coming from CT, which was a 6-7 hour drive, and with an infant. The reasoning was their short on staff. Then later in the evening I tried requesting extra towels because again we are 5 adults and 2 children and the woman thought it was something out of this world I was asking because I had just checked in today, so how was it possible that I needed more towels…. She literally said it to another woman “oh, yeah they need extra towels even though they just checked in”. It was very condescending and unnecessary especially when the stay wasn’t even cheap. It’s not my fault they were properly equipped for their guests. She said there was also a shortage of towels… For the amount of money, I would never stay there again. They have a shortage or staff and apparently towels too. I’d rather have taken my money else where. The rooms weren’t even that clean and super outdated. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels and had the best service and this has been the WORST.
