「部屋に行くと、明らかに清掃がされていない部屋でした。すぐに部屋を変えてもらいましたが、清掃担当とフロントの連携がうまく取れていないのかもしれません。 ホテルに暇な時間帯があるのは理解できますが、フロントスタッフや駐車場係がロビーのソファに座ってスマホいじりやお喋りに夢中でした。 部屋はシリンダーキーではなくカードキーであることは安心できますが、客室階には階段で上ってこられる構造なのは若干心配でした。特にフロントスタッフも出入りする人を注視してはいなさそうに見えました。 初のメキシコ訪問で、他のホテルには泊まったことが無いので何とも言えませんが、なぜか廊下に面して窓がありました。もちろん遮光カーテンがついており、廊下から部屋の中は見えませんでしたが、若干気になりました。もしかしたら、部屋の中で非常事態があった時に、窓を破って入れるように、ということかもしれない？ 部屋は清潔感があり、値段に対しても広め。水が2本置いてあるのも高ポイント。 ベッドがかなり柔らかめなので、人によっては腰を痛めやすいかもしれません。 床がすべてツルツルの石張りなので、清潔感があります。ただしシャワーの後はしっかり足の裏を拭きましょう。滑って転びそうになりました(笑) たまたま私が通された部屋がハズレだったのかもしれませんが、建物の内向きのような方に面した部屋で、窓からの眺望はありませんでした。 立地はレボルシオン通りから横道に入って1ブロック半と、とても便利な場所。夜間はレボルシオン通りの明るさに対して、どの横道も暗めで人通りも一気に少なくなりますが、このホテルの前は他の横道よりは比較的街灯が明るい方だと思います。レボルシオン通りから1ブロックの交差点に24時間営業のドラッグストアもあり、道にホームレスが寝ているようなこともなかったので、治安面では他の人の動きに注意していれば問題ないと思います。 総合すると「滞在そのもの」は快適でしたが、所々でユルいというか、クオリティの低さが目立つように感じたので、そこを改善されると安心して泊まれると思います。」

Nestling off the bustling main artery, the hotel presents an intriguing blend of tranquility and proximity - a feasible oasis in the city that never sleeps. Whisked away from the vying sounds and frenzied pace of the city, I was quite stirred by the subtle charm the location exuded. However, the first impression that the undersized lobby casts is reasonably disappointing. A scanty, compact 300 square feet area, serves as the reception to this behemoth of 30 plus rooms. The minute scale of the lobby conveys a sense of congestion and leaves you yearning for a breath of spaciousness. This confined area undoubtedly generates an air of claustrophobic discomfort. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent. A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious. Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure. On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. Eyes meeting the skyline, skyscrapers standing tall like guard posts, and the city lights dancing to the beats of a never-ending nightlife, endow an unforgettable experience. Therefore, despite the hotel's petite dimensions and limited amenities, this aspect proves to be an intriguing silver lining. Thus, to encapsulate, the hotel encapsulates an interesting dichotomy - of limited space and extensive views. It's an experience that tests your penchant for comfort against your desire to be close to the city's arterial pulse. Undoubtedly, this hotel might not be the epitome of luxury, yet it offers elements that appeal to certain tastes while enhancing one's city stay with invaluable city vistas.」

「新裝修，房間大，乾淨，洗澡水大而暖。墨西哥打車便宜，為了轉機休息好打車過去住了一晚，前台設施簡單夠用（有咖啡，有熱水，有賣泡麪），且還有個重要的點：英語好，能溝通！有到機場的班車，貌似6:30還是7:00開始，我們航班比較早，沒趕上～」

「Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.」

「服務非常差，他們不換床單，更不用說打掃房間了，如果他們這樣做了，就要額外收費，280美元，甚至浴室裡也沒有乾淨的床單，如果你想要毛巾、紙或肥皂，你必須去他們的接待處，...非常差的關注和服務，蒂華納的任何一家酒店都沒有發生過這種情況，...還有一點，他們的AA 團隊發出很大的噪音，他們不讓你休息，他們不注意報告。 在這家旅館的經驗非常糟糕😢」
