查塔努加漢密爾頓廣場索內斯塔精選飯店(Sonesta Select Chattanooga Hamilton Place)

Our stay was aggravating in that we had to go to desk everyday to have clean towels and clothes. Asked for trash and room to be cleaned and bed clothes to be changed but no one touched the room during our 3 night stay. We had to empty trash ourselves. The pool was full of leaves and trash during our stay and never smelled any chlorine in the pool. Our last morning when we got up at 6am the cards to get in the room and back into building had already been cut off and could not get back into our room even though checkout time was not until 11am. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that that was so not for the customers. Will not stay in any of Sonesta’s hotels again. Highly disappointed.

Went to check in early because requested a disabled room with wslk in shower. None available. Booked me in another room with tub which i cannot get in. Left without going to room. Came vack 3 hours later and room i was assigned had never been cleaned. Bed no made garbage in cans. Toilets not flushed. Had to wait for someone to fi d me another room.

The room requested was unavailable which caused an inconvenience due to limited mobility. The food and beverage services were closed causing the use of outside services and the use of the limited available convenience in the hotel to be necessary. Having to move the cleaning services equipment to enter the room was highly inconsiderate on the part of the staff. Definitely NOT a 3 star accommodation

We loved staying here and will return again. It was quiet and convenient. We walked to a restaurant foor dinner. Definitely will be oir Chattanooga go to.

If we pass through Chattanooga again while traveling we stay here. Great location, clean and friendly staff.

Great place to stay whether it's only overnight or for longer. The room was spacious and very clean. I really enjoyed a regular indoor hallway door AND a sliding glass door leading to the outdoors. The only issues I had were the printed tv guide and the tv remote. The guide did not match what was on the tv, I never found ESPN. The remote was odd, the buttons had nothing showing what each one did. After some experimenting, i finally figured out volume and channel control. Yes, I would recommend this place as somewhere to stay and I will stay here again when I need a room.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, good location, excellent value. The shower was probably the best motel shower I’ve ever had.

I love this property however this time was a little concerning. My room upon entering was really smelly. The residents next do kept slamming the door all night. They were running up and down the hallways. The hotel keep attempting to charge my card after I had fully paid. The need to offer breakfast when you stay so long. Last but not least there was resistance that were smoking ***** near the back area of the property. They were so out of it that they left there car door open and there cell phone outside on the ground.
