"差不多是當地最好的酒店了，在市中心，距離火車站和歐洲著名的教堂都是十分鐘以內的步行。酒店非常有傳統，房間很乾凈，對比很多歐洲的酒店的小房間，這個算寬敞了。同事説他們跟我的房間不完全一樣，好像每個房間都不是一模一樣的。酒店的餐館也是地道的法餐，吃飯很講究順序，酒很多。早餐的麪包有着濃濃的麥香味，特別好吃，而且也特別勁道，吃多了有一點點累腮幫子😄。有人過生日還有桌面焰火。"

"According to Trip.com, this hotel refused to give me a refund two minutes after I booked, when I realized they had given me a different date than the one I was searching for. When you're 30 minutes from the hotel at 11:30 PM, you don't need a room the next day, you need it that same day! When I realized upon receiving the reservation that it was the wrong date, I tried to contact the hotel, but it was impossible. I was able to contact Trip.com, who told me to go there in person, make a reservation, and that the exchange would be made between the bookings. Except when I arrived, the hotel was full. We explained our situation to the man on duty, and he told us that the morning shift would sort it out. We hit the road again and went to sleep somewhere else. The next day the person did nothing and I paid for 2 nights instead of one, which I find unacceptable when you only realize the mistake 1 minute after an online purchase."

"The receptionist was very friendly during check-in! However, the room was poorly soundproofed; I could clearly hear the neighbors talking and watching TV, making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was well organized and could be enjoyed at any time in the morning. Room but specially the bathroom was very spacious and well utilized. Only downside is the lack of private parking and busy public parking on the roads around the Maison."

"A very pleasant surprise. The location is next to Chartres station for quick access to the trains (but it is not noisy). The town is also compact, so walking to the main attractions such as the Chartres cathedral is only 5-10 minutes away, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, and well-furnished. In my room, there was a small kitchenette for self-catering. Hair dryer was also provided in the room. There were two staff members (one in the morning and afternoon), who spoke excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. Their attitude was no different than that of the staff members of a 5-star hotel."

"Our 3rd visit to this hotel and we hope to be back in 2026. It is very central, just a short walk from the Place des Épars and onward to the chic shopping streets and the cathedral. On site car parking (payable, needs reserving) is available - satnav is recommended to get to the hotel. Rooms are quiet and well appointed and very affordable for such a location. Reception is always warm and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent, with a good choice and really excellent bread, pastries, jams (home made) and butter, etc. Sadly we have always been at the weekend when the restaurant is closed, but there are many alternatives."
