SpringHill Suites Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe

You have to pay for parking which seems completely ridiculous when you've reserve the room and there facility. When I went to Check-in the person at the desk acted like I was inconveniencing her. Even told me to wait instead of saying hello.

Es un hotel nuevo, tienen tv grande y movible Lo único fue que encontramos aretes , y perfume de los huéspedes anteriores , eso quiere decir que no limpian bien en los sofás cama. Pero muy cómodos sin duda si regreso en el futuro.

I was very excited to see the average reading at 9.4. When I got here there was one young man at the counter, and about 10 of us in line. There was hotel staff walking around that appeared to be the maintenance depar**ent. There was no restaurant it was closed and the bar was also closed at 5 o'clock in the afternoon When I got up to my room on the fourth and fifth fourth of five floors, the room at 78° went over to the air conditioner and it was blowing hot air. They probably move me to another floor into a new room which was nice and cool. Upon walking into the bathroom there are men's boots foot prints all over the floor, hair in the shower, and private parts hair by the toilet . The one thing we all want is a clean room. The manager came up, as hotel cleaning had gone home now by 6 PM. He graciously cleaned the entire bathroom. Kudos to the manager! This is a solid C hotel. Definitely not a four-star five star.

I reserved 2 king rooms. 1 wasn't ready at check in, so the lady at the front desk said she would hold it for us until after the concert... after the concert we went to getbthe room and they gave it away and had to go to a queen room. Breakfast was horrible also...
