Arrived at apartments 6pm and couldn’t gain access. Called helpline numerous times for assistance and was told to wait for entry system to update. Waited outside for 3 hours then at 9pm I was told the booking was cancelled and I had to find alternative accommodation. Utterly disgusting way to treat guests. Avoid at all costs.

모든게 완벽했던 숙소입니다. 한가지 단점은 제 휴대폰이 한국번호라 국제문자라 그런지 다 들어오지 않고 세줄만 들어오고 뒤는 끊겨 읽을수가 없어서, 처음에 입실할때 조금 어려움이 있었지만, 다른 모든 점이 완벽해 샬럿에 가면 또 머물 생각입니다. 숙소는 사진보다도 더 훌륭합니다. 추천합니다.

The property was nice comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed it until we checked out and was accused of stealing a whole television and was told we would be charged 500 additional dollars and would no longer be able to stay or use them again. We booked 2 rooms one of them had a television in each room and the one only had one so my son moved the television out of the living room to one of the bedrooms. Housekeeping reported it stolen and know one double checked before sending us an email accusing us of stealing. We have NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO US EVER. We were planning on using them again in December but not sure if we trust it now.

Supposedly staff member was given permission to enter my unit unannounced to complete a work order stating unit unoccupied when clearly your company should know when the rooms have reservations. Property has a person living with a dog on a school bus in the back of the parking lot behind the dumpsters so beware of the unleashed dog just walking around the parking lot area.

When we showed up it was late and we had been traveling so we wanted to get straight to bed, the sheets on the bed were still wet, we had to take them all off to dry overnight and just sleep with the blankets we brought and the extra one provided. While taking the bed sheets off we found little pills throughout the bedding, I wish I would have snapped a photo we were all so confused. The dishes were dirty so we bought our own but other then that it was a beautiful apartment and location.

Sehr modernes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung und ruhig aber zentral gelegen. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool und Fitnessraum.

Came to Charlotte as a quick getaway and took and chance on Kasa. Best chance i’ve taken in awhile regarding lodging. The studio king was spacious, clean, and very convenient. It offered a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen including microwave, kettle, etc. Also, the gym was immaculate. The only things I wish the room had was a full length mirror. It was annoying not knowing how your full outfit looks. Also towel hooks in the bathroom. Nonetheless, these are minor asks, for such a great space. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely perfect. Close enough to the city and close enough to the country, super peaceful, clean, and homey.

This property was very clean and secure. I loved all of the secure features in staying here. If i had 1 complaint, it would be that the building numbers were not visible and it was difficult to find the correct building when originally arriving.
