UNC夏洛特萬豪會議中心飯店(Unc Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center)

5分位でレストランが多くあるモールがあり毎日おいしい食事ができました。受付の方達もフレンドリーで親切で荷物を預けたり、タクシーを呼ぶ際にも気持ちよく対応して頂けました。ただ、部屋のWi-Fiが有料でしたので、Wi-Fiを使用する際はフロントまで行かなくてはいけませんでした。部屋のWi-Fiが無料だと嬉しいです。

Marriott is always a great place to stay. New hotel. Room could have been a lot cleaner. Dusty, Dirt around bed, Worn tattered bedding, Floor filty needed a good cleaning. Overall staff service good as usual.

Hotel is near train tracks which can through at 11:30 pm and 7:00 am. We arrived late and checkout was 12 but housekeeping aggressively knocked at 8. I had to call for towels and tissues which never arrived. I would not recommend this hotel.

I went to check in when my husband and i arrived on Saturday. When i gave my name the clerk told me basically I need to get my husband to check-in. I was totalling confused I check in myself all the time! When i asked why she said it had to be the person who made the reservation, once again that was me! When i explained that to her she said I needed to get Tony to check in. With a very angry tone i explained i am Toni! I have never had this issue before ..she later apologized (sort of) by saying sorry about earlier! T She made tons of assumptions...that could have been easily handled by simpmy asking for the driver's license and credit that the reservation is in!

The hotel was beautiful and the employees were very nice but the restaurant was very short staffed. They did make the best of it and we were not in a hurry. I was really not happy that I was paying $15 a day for internet. It seems very cheap and tacky. We were there Friday night and Saturday morning until 10 and we were charged $30 Ridiculous. We travel a lot and haven't paid for internet in a ong time

The hotel is great is most respects… The service at the restaurant is the one Achilles Heel of this property… incredibly slow service at b’fast & lunch (Don’t be in a hurry to a meeting), and the b’fast restaurant greeter/seater could benefit from a customer service class

Beds were comfortable and room was nice. Great fitness center (we used) and pool area (didn’t use but looked fantastic)! Desk attendant at check-in was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again should UNC Charlotte be chosen for college.

Everyone was very nice but check in was a little rough. I was not informed of parking and prices which was very frustrating for me b/c I ended up paying out of pocket for parking, instead of a flat rate. My room floor was a little sticky and I found a sock in my room that did not belong to me or my husband or kids.

The hotel check in was not good. They didn’t have my information from ********** and they tried to charge me again for rooms I already paid for. They then charged me for the rooms after I checked out. The manager was unaccommodating and not understanding after all the mistakes were made on their end.
