JW萬豪飯店夏洛特(JW Marriott Charlotte)

Beware when valet parking. My daughter wallet missed and dropped out of her pocket without her realizing upon check in and when we got our vehicle back the wallet was there but ALL the cash was gone. I reported the matter and never heard from the valet manager. The grinch stoled her Christmas.

We booked a king room for our 29th wedding anniversary. We were very surprised when we were upgraded to a king Suite. The room and view were spectacular. Every Marriott employee we encountered was polite, professional and helpful. The Aurora rooftop bar was great. Thank you for a memorable experience.

The gentleman at the front desk that greeted me did a tremendous first impression. What a great employee. An African American in a great plaid suit was beyond words. His greeting was warm and instantaneous We had a great stay and beautiful view. THANKS for great memories Gibby

We are staying at this JW until Monday, here for business. However the service is definitely lacking and rude if you complain about anything. So this morning the housekeeper was eager to clean the room that she even wake up us knocking five times even though we had the do not disturb sign at the door. When we went downstairs I told the front desk about so she probably got mad about it that she didn’t make our room up, by the time we got back late this evening after meetings all day long and wanted to take a shower and relax. We get to find the room all a mess and no clean towels, plus the TP and the box of cleaners were taken out of the room as well. I’m not sure how this hotel operates but this is worse than a Motel. Yesterday it was the valet parking people, we scan the barcode 25 minutes before going downstairs and we get there and nothing, however I noticed a few other people just went and ask for their vehicle without scanning the barcode and they got theirs vehicles way before ours. When I went and I asked the young man about my vehicle he mentioned that it was a mistake and he will get it right away, however those other people were white and of course we are two professional Hispanics. I believe this one to many incidents even after getting a call from the management during the day, the incident still went unanswered. We still got two more days here at Charlotte, however I don’t believe we will finish our stay at this want be luxury hotel.

In town for a conference and the location was perfect. Beautiful room, quiet and well isolated from other rooms in terms of sound. Clean and the staff was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

My wife and I were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary and were in Charlotte to see a performance of Shen Yun Zuo Pin at the Belk Theater. Enjoyed the Hotel very much. All employees we came in contact with were both helpful and professional. We ate in the Oyster Bar each night and service and food were both excellent.

Clean, nice, fresh, close to the stadium and downright lovely in all ways!! If you're staying in uptown Charlotte, this is a great option and much newer than many others.

Terrible front desk expierience was charged 3pp for incedentals and they didnt tell me couldnt uber to the airport or eat at the convention center because of the extra funds removed from the card. Couldnt add money because the only atm for my bank the tower was locked which means the atm was closed
