We are staying at this JW until Monday, here for business. However the service is definitely lacking and rude if you complain about anything. So this morning the housekeeper was eager to clean the room that she even wake up us knocking five times even though we had the do not disturb sign at the door. When we went downstairs I told the front desk about so she probably got mad about it that she didn’t make our room up, by the time we got back late this evening after meetings all day long and wanted to take a shower and relax. We get to find the room all a mess and no clean towels, plus the TP and the box of cleaners were taken out of the room as well. I’m not sure how this hotel operates but this is worse than a Motel. Yesterday it was the valet parking people, we scan the barcode 25 minutes before going downstairs and we get there and nothing, however I noticed a few other people just went and ask for their vehicle without scanning the barcode and they got theirs vehicles way before ours. When I went and I asked the young man about my vehicle he mentioned that it was a mistake and he will get it right away, however those other people were white and of course we are two professional Hispanics. I believe this one to many incidents even after getting a call from the management during the day, the incident still went unanswered. We still got two more days here at Charlotte, however I don’t believe we will finish our stay at this want be luxury hotel.
