My stay was great! Every staff member was extremely nice and went out of their way for us. Once we got to our room, it was a little warm due to the AC not being turned down. I called the front office and she assured us that the AC was working, that no one had complained about it not working, but if we would like she would get us a new room. The room cooled off and all was good. It's in a great location whether you're going to a baseball game, shopping, or to the airport. Breakfast was good. The only thing is they stop putting stuff out around 30 minutes before breakfast closes and it's two hotels together so there are still a lot of people coming down to eat with hardly any selections of food left. Other than that, it's very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel space was amazing. The room was nice sized. The staff was great.
The room had ants though. With ants, we all know its hard to get rid of. Had to switch rooms twice. The 3rd room was great.
The breakfast served was not enough for the 2 hotels it served. Food was running out and not restocked long before everyone was served.

Staff went over and above call to help out.
Impressed with all. Breakfast, room cleanliness, newer amenities, things to do around the area posted right outside the elevator. Nice touch.
Will continue staying at the Hampton.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast. There are multiple Hampton Inns close to the CLT airport and the shuttle took us to the wrong Hampton even after we called to verify. Once that was worked out, we had a good stay.

The hotel was great, but there was a car break in. They should have more lighting in the parking area, especially behind the building and some enhanced security-monitored cameras or a security person.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was just okay compared to the others I have stayed at with the same chain. The customer service was just okay nothing above and beyond.

Check in was great as far as customer service, the room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had in a hotel for free breakfast! Was a great stay!!
