We reserved a room with a King size bed, and up on reaching the property we were informed that they had no rooms available with a King size bed. We were told that ******* over booked, however we were not notified until we got there, which didn’t give us time to make adjus**ents. And the staff were very rude and unapologetic. Which made this a very awful experience.

I will be back again the location is great the staff was great. I would like to thank staff member Katrina, she was very loving and helpful. Thanks again

There was only one problem I encountered was that the fridge was not working at all. The things I was trying to keep cold I went on and threw out due to that.

Overall my stay was good until I got home and my card was charged twice for my stay. When I paid ahead of time. Now that my card is charged nobody wants to answer the phone

The sofa bed was great. The shower and toilet in separate rooms was very nice for the family. The room was clean.

The ladies up front and taking care of breakfast were so warm and nice. It was like talking to an old friend.

I typically stay at Springhill bc of the quality of their rooms/amenities; however, at this particular location I was a little dissatisfied by the fact that the shower is separate from the toilet. Also, the parking situation is a bit cumbersome. You have to be allowed to enter the parking lot as well as have your room key to leave. Other than those two things, my stay was pleasant. However, I personally would not opt to choose this location in the future.

Perfect location if you’re going to Carowinds! It’s right next door to the theme park. Rooms are big and the beds are comfy. I like that the toilet is separate from the shower area, which makes getting ready easier for a family. Not much immediately bear the area as far as other entertainment or dining. Plenty of parking.

This hotel is always amazing. The rooms are always clean and smells like expensive cologne when you walk in. The space is huge and the shower is roomy. The beds are comfortable and love having a couch in the room. No complaints at all.
