Nice customer service

The staff was absolutely amazing. I had a small issue and they went above and beyond to make sure they made it right. Jordan at the Bar was not only pleasant but made amazing drinks. Jessica I believe the manager was so engaged and friendly. The hotel is nice but going in renovations but I enjoyed my stay. The location was amazing and was easy to get around Uptown. I would definitely recommend and come back when I return.

Omni staff wash amazing, the front desk and valet, were the best. I don’t believe I have ever stayed with a friendlier staff. Made sure we taken care of from bags, to drinks, and didn’t wait more than 10 minutes for our vehicle to be brought around. Amazing.

Stayed here for a concert at PNC. Less than 5 minute walk. Front desk associates were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean & the view was awesome.

It was conveniently located but the room felt more like a 3 star hotel. The bed sheets were incredibly wrinkled, the carpet and sitting area were stained and looked dirty. The parking fee was outrageous

I stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed my stay. Everything from the property to the staff to the food, everything was great. I’ll be back here to stay.

Staff was awesome, Carissa checked us in and she was so friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were veey nice. Location was amazing. However, the noise outside of our room which appeared to be on the main ***** ( traffic, sirens, music, people yelling in the street) was absolutely terrible. Had to buy ear plugs. If we come back will ask for more secluded room.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The place is nice but, the Omni itself is a rip off. Too many hidden fees. I didn’t like the way you had to pay for all of the things that should be included. You can have the Omni so overrated!!!!

Let me begin by saying that the staff was amazing from start to finish! Especially loved the guy in charge at the valet station! HOWEVER, The lighting is horrible in the room, especially in the bathroom. There was not a vent in the bathroom so after a shower if you could see in the darkness to put on your makeup, it was so hot you couldn't stand it. Even with the drapes open the room was dark and depressing. Also, the pool started blaring music at 8 am and there was no sleeping from that point on. Some people like to relax in the mornings and you cannot there.
