We, but this hotel for the pool. But when we got there, the pool was closed. For renovation. We were told we could use a neighboring pool from another facility, but that pool with sub par.

Second time in 3 months staying here for 6 nites or more. Requested & paid for daily housekeeping that only occurred twice and only after complaining to front desk. All smiles & apologies but no follow up. Unable again to have cold cereal at breakfast with only chocolate milk available. This location is convenient for our visitations to Charlotte but likely need to rethink our choice of hotel stay in the future.

I only stayed here because it's right next to the office I was visiting. Pleasant and quiet area, has not much nearby in terms of places to walk to/dine at. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was the saddest thing I've ever seen, really poor, not many options, plastic cutlery, all extremely basic. When we arrived they adviced us not to use the water from the tap as it would come out brown as part of a City inspection or something like that, would have been nice to give away some free water bottles to at least brush our teeth. Will probably have to stay here again, I only hope breakfast improves significantly

This was an amazing stop for two adults and three kids. Two queen beds and one pull out was more than enough room. The breakfast is more like a buffet and it was complimentary. Definitely recommend for those wanting to have a midway stop from Toronto to Orlando

My reservation was cancel and I was charged for a day before arrived. The matter was quickly resolved by a manager when he arrived. The staff is helpful and user friendly. The hotel is clean and in a safe location. There are restaurants within driving distance.

The SpringHill Suites is a gem of a hotel. Its convenient airport location, stylish modern rooms, and friendly staff make it an outstanding choice. I was impressed by how easily accessible the hotel is from the airport, allowing for a seamless transition after a long journey. The rooms are beautifully designed with a contemporary touch, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I highly recommend The SpringHill Suites for an exceptional experience.

The hotel is very practical location wise. Right near rail trail and the hornets stadium. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Good selection at the hotel bar for a quick drink. Chris from valet got my car for me fast each time I asked in a quick manor which I appreciated.

The hotel was very clean to include our room. Great location not far from Carowinds. Breakfast was good considering Marriott has forced a scale back on breakfast items worldwide that many people do not realize are not the fault of the hotels. Sonja at the front desk was very pleasant both days I was there and easy to talk with. Her customer service was top notch! These days customer service lacks in most of the business we spend our hard earn money. You cant teach customer service, so thank you for a great stay.

Stayed one night while traveling through Charlotte. Easy parking. Though a $2 parking fee is added without notice. Nice building. Quite. Free breakfast is what you should expect for free. Edible. Room on the smaller side compared to older Springhill suites.

RAT POISON IN ROOMS! DO NOT STAY WITH PETS! My dog ate rat poison in my room. She’s currently at the emergency vet and will be staying here for days. They use Tomcat poison in their rooms, clearly because they have a rodent problem, and Tomcat has ZERO treatment if ingested. The manager on duty wouldn’t authorize a refund on my room nor discuss paying for the thousand of dollars in vet fees. The hotel denies they put the poison in the room, of course. It was under the fridge and microwave tucked by the base molding. So they tried to hide it out of the way so guest couldn’t see it, but my dog found it and is now fighting for her life.
