Traveling for multiple Doctors appointments and the stay was wonderful and peaceful. Staff was polite every time I saw them.

Never a dull moment at the Extended Stay America! Ms. Sylvia who I believe to be the Executive Housekeeper is hilarious! She definitely has the tea. The team here is what keeps drawing me back. You can literally take the entire team from general manager to housekeeper and place them at the Ritz and the Ritz will be better off. The level of service and attention is unmatched. I enjoy my morning walks to Starbucks. I have no complaints!

Very good stay they always make me keys when I get locked out and very nice staff.They help lots even on late nights and we never have any attitude. The rooms are very clean and they keep it nice and the rooms smell nice and its overall a good stay.

A horrible day of flight cancelations was made no better when my family and I were told either stay at the airport for twelve hours or the Extended Stay America. When we arrived there was a lady of the night walking the blade, and other unsavory on lookers. And that was just the parking lot. When we entered the hotel it was like night and day. The hotel is old and needs a remodel but the lobby smelled great! We were greeted by whom we would later find out was the General Manager Courtney. He is awesome! He even suggested things to do at Disney World, some work anround for the rides “wink wink” and help us with lodging by calling one of his GM pals! I am giving him a glowing review because well the hotel needs work. The rooms were clean and the staff we encountered spoke to us every time with a smile. We’re from Buffalo so we’re not us to this southern hospitality. The hallways could use more work for sure. I can’t Courtney enough!

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that made me feel so welcome, it felt like an actual escape from home I never wanted to leave. The Manager Courtney was very comforting I dropped my keycard in the elevator crack while i was with my friends, and he reassured us it was no problem and helped me get back in. He refreshed our towels, and room service cleaned my room later that day after we all had went out. His staff is so hardworking you can tell they actually want to be here, positive attitudes all around, we will for sure be coming back.

It was very dirty nasty room and had a terrible , awful smell. Too many roaches!!! There are no dishes in the room. Tub very dirty! The area did not feel very safe. Drug *******. Staff not so friendly. Don't stay here, don't reccommend it to anyone, save your money please !
