hotel was good and so staff are nice

비행 스케줄 변동으로 급하게 예약했는데 사진과 너무 다르고 방문도 카드로 안열리고 룸컨디션 최악이고 욕실에 곰팡이가 많고 냄새가 납니다. 헤어드라이기는 고장났고 냉장고도 없고 너무 별로였습니다.

I had an unexpected stop-over and needed a room near CLT on really short notice. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. The hotel is literally right next to the airport and not for the noise sensitive. Happily I can sleep through anything. The presence of an airport shuttle is a plus.

I wouldn't come here again. The hotel says it offers airport transportation, but it took them 40 minutes to come get us. Meanwhile, we watched other hotels make 3 round trips for their guests. Our room was ok I guess. The bed was hard and the pillows too soft. At about 3 in the morning, some other guests decided it was party time. So very little sleep for us. When we travel through Charlotte again, we will not stay here.

First and foremost our door key didn't work. Went back to office. He supposedly fixed it but that one didn't work. Decided since it was night and we had plans to go nowhere to nix the room key. Front desk guy was good with that. TV didn't work. One light didn't work. All but two outlets worked. Trash in can. Bed caved in the middle. Toilet seat crooked. Had to hold toilet flush down to flush it. Air conditioning vent broke. Still worked but not a pretty site. Smelled like smoke and pee in room. We felt like we had to wear hoodies to bed to not touch pillows. Stain on wall. Felt unsafe so had to push two chairs against door. Like I said thankful for one night before flight, but would not stay longer.

The first room was a disaster. Pieces of furniture broken, smoke smell, no battery in smoke detector, no plates on outlets, and a nasty stain on the chair. Was moved when requested to a less obviously gross room. Bed in new room had a spot you sank to the floor in but the dirt was only in the corners of the room so we stayed. Would not have stayed if we didn’t have an early flight. Bathroom area had some whining noise every couple of minutes all night.

Very poorly maintained facility. Our room was not in good condition. There were people talking and making noise outside our until early morning hours. The planes into the airport fly right over the building. The employees were not happy working there. I don't recommend this place if you want to get some sleep.

Expedía cobro la reservación y llegando al hotel le volvieron a cobrar al pasajero por que decían que expedía no les había pagado y no darian la habitación.

Toilet ran non stop. Water was either cold or scalding hot no in between. Beds and pillows not the best. No button covers on phone or remote. Location was good
