Very good stay. The hotel is updated and very clean, minus a few very small things in the bathroom. The beds were super comfy and the room was a nice size. I expected the tv to offer the option to stream but unfortunately it did not. The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of items to choose from (just get there earlier). I would certainly stay again.

Room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed including a refrigerator and microwave. Very welcoming staff and location was great and walkable to many restaurants and shops.

Arysley is a very beautiful area, hotel is beautiful also. Only complaint is that the molding around the shower is not as clean as it should be.

Beautiful hotel with lots to walk to connected. Not uptown but that was my mistake during booking. 10/10 would recommend

My lock was broken in my door, but they fixed it promptly. The room itself was excellent!

It was our anniversary and we had our baby so we decided to go to Carowinds and when we got back they was piss all thru the bathroom and towels and our clothes was wet. All the hotel would do would move us and that was it. They couldn’t give an explanation why someone was in our room when we was gone and I’m a double checker on making sure our room was closed after we went into the hallway. Plus the towels was move out of the living room area, so it had to be room service.

Everything was comfortable and easy. We had a great stay. Checkin was easy. We also hit happy hour oyr second night. The bartender made me a very tasty drink. Wish my stay could have been longer.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nice property. The pool can have less chlorine other than that perfect stay.

Outstanding hotel, in town for the day i would recommend this hotel, great staff, very friendly , very clean room with larger TVs
