Came in for big event. Hotel was comfortable. There was a balled up piece of paper outside my door that stayed there for two days. I saw housekeeping on the floor both days and nobody cared enough to pick it up. Carpets in the room need to be shampooed. Hallways also need a good shampoo. Great location but hotel needs a good scrubbing and it would feel a bit cleaner and more comfy.

The rooms were clean but very out dated which was ok. I prefer cleanliness over new. Wish the bathroom was larger as I was staying in the room with kids.

Very upset that the pool wasn't available. I wouldn't have made the reservation. We should have been notified by email or text. It was shown in the advertisement!

Staff greeting us at reception was very pleasant. Had a genuinely welcoming smile.

Service was excellent. Room clean and tidy. Little bar and food area was very nice.

I chose those property mainly to boost my points. I was VERY disappointed in the appearance of the room and bathroom. Very limited amenities.Telebision service service was limited to just 12 channels. And the cable would go in/out. I felt like I was being linked! What a joke! No free breakfast (continental or buffet) for the price. I expected a more updated room. It was very cold a few nights during my stay. The room Heater was a problem- it either got too hot or too cool, never just right. in that it heated the room but once it cooled down the heat was right back on. The room’s phone was old and dingy. Bathroom offered soap, shampoo and conditioner. Not one thing more- maybe shoe shine, shower cap. Upon arrival the front desk was very friendly and hospitable, but I Will not stay here again regardless of the points!

Did not like the fact that breakfast cost $13/person but we not informed of this before we had already filled our plates and ere eating. A sign stating this policy was not prominently displayed . Meal cost $28, more than we had planned on.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and kind. Our bathroom was not clean, the rest of the room was ok. In my opinion the hotel was very overpriced for the condition and the area. There were notes about a dispute between the hotel and the cable provider taped everywhere. (very unprofessional) Due to this, most of the channels were not working. This area is very rundown. There are no good restaurants and the ones that were there had ratings of 1 and 2 stars .

Stay here. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Awesome staff. Large, clean, quiet, comfortable rooms.
