Walking distance to Avalanche Mountain Preserve. With 300 plus acres of woodlands, hiking & mountain biking trails, and disc golf. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter months. Have fun with the whole family in the centrally located home in northern Michigan. Clean and comfortable The house was very clean with ample supplies for our family. Excellent location. Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Property owner responded promptly to emails. Like many old houses, the staircase going upstairs was steep.

Great Place and Better Owners House was exactly what we were looking for a weekend ski trip. Always a place to eat with Boyne Tap Room right down the road. Owners are very attentive, responsive and have wonderful customer service.
