我沒有期望，但它太好了，我很滿意。首先，酒店的氛圍非常好，乾淨，工作人員很友好。下次來附近，一定會再光顧。景色也很棒。

great experiences with our trip

Very good room

We booked a room with a King Bed however we got a room with two worn out single bed joined with a Velcro *****. The room was worn out dirty walls with huge burn marks in the carpets. It was really POOR quality despite having a high rating. The room we were in there were parties outside of our window with drunk guests screaming and swearing till Midnight. We went for breakfast in the restaurant. We ordered it took a long time to come and when it did it was really not good. There were 5 - 6 people in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy. On check out I was not asked about my stay so I provided the feedback above the gentleman at reception really did want to know. He did know there was a party outside of our room so offered me a refund for the poor breakfast. ( I did not take the refund I paid in full). I asked about the bed he said we can change the beds to join to singles and call it a King. They charge a premium for this and you could not sleep on it. I could have stayed in a local pub and had a better experience. I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of places I can say after staying at the APOLLO THIS HOTEL WAS SHOCKING.

I found receiving multiple messages asking what time we would arrive and then suggesting we upgrade by bidding on services. I found the breakfast disappointing that it wasn’t a buffet style for hot food as well. I had informed the hotel we would arrive at some time in the afternoon but I still received a phone call in the middle of a lunch party I was asking the same thing again. Very irritating.

The hotel was good, a short drive to the shopping centre and well kept. The staff were good as well. My only gripe was the bed in our room. The bed was bad, my wife ended up sleeping on the lounge as it was more comfortable for her. My main issue was the softness of the bed, not sure if it was a really old matress or just really soft. My torso sank so far into it that my legs were higher up than my head, which was really uncomfortable.

Really bad smell of toilet (crap) went through the room and didn't go away. The pool was unavailable for a little while as there was a wedding. When we were allowed to swim it was ice cold and everyone was freezing cold mouth chittering and body numb was completely not enjoyable on a 32 degree day!! We had our 3 month old baby with us and had to carry her up and down the stairs in the pram because our room had no access with lift. Our room seemed very old and dusty and once again dirty!! On the plus side, the staff were always nice and polite.

Close to shops and in house restaurant is excellent. Staff were efficient and friendly. Great stay. Appreciated they opened the bar and restaurant up earlier than normal so we could have a feed before the concert. People were thankful for their hospitality.
