Fantastiskt hotell! Underbart hotell med fantastisk service. Varje detalj på detta hotell känns så genomtänkt och innovativt, och vi fick ett fantastiskt bemötande av alla på hotellet. Superfräscha rum, nyrenoverade och med både ett fullt utrustat kök och tvättmaskin. Extra plus för frukost man kan ta upp på rummet och gratis cyklar att låna. Dessutom är stilen på hotellet väldigt snygg och allt känns noga utvalt. Rekommenderar alla att bo på The Pinch om man ska besöka Charleston.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were great. The nose level from the street was a little loud.

A wonderful experience! I was kindly greeted upon arrival by the valet-he was so kind and brought my bags to my room. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, decor and style of not only my room, but the entire hotel, courtyard and adjacent bar and restaurant. Beautiful toiletries for use in the bathroom. The balcony was charming with French doors. My car was waiting for me upon checkout (I didn’t even need to ask for it to be brought around). Overall I was thrilled with my choice of hotel and I will be staying again. I also recommended to my parents for their next trip to Charleston as well. 5 stars!

Wonderful stay at The Pinch! The staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. They were able to offer us an upgrade, and the accommodations are well-designed with high-end finishes. Absolutely recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Pinch. They provided us with a welcome cocktail and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival. The customer service and hospitality was second to none. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The bathroom was well lit and exceptionally clean which was important to me. Housekeeping staff was very detailed and on point. The pastries for the complementary breakfast were delicious and this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
