艾蜜莉飯店(Hotel Emeline)

Pros: - room was spacious and the perfect size for three people! - bathroom was nice and large - welcome drink upon check-in was very welcome after a long day of traveling! - captain's hour was a nice surprise to come back to after a day exploring - concierge was super helpful in pointing us to fun things to do - bluetooth wireless record player was such a nice addition and lovely way to have some music in the room! - Frannie & the Fox was a wonderful and delicious way to spend a Sunday brunch! Shout out to Jimmy for helping to accommodate and navigate the menu for the vegan in our group. You are the epitome of southern hospitality and deserve a raise at the very least!! - We were celebrating multiple birthdays with our girl's trip and when we arrived at our room, there was a bottle of prosecco and chocolates for us. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture that we all loved! - bed was so nice and inviting and there were multiple pillow types to choose from! - super loved the nook where you could get coffee, water, ice, and fruit any time of day or night! talk about staying hydrated! whoo-hoo! Cons: - fitness room could use some TLC. one of the peloton screens did not turn on at all and was essentially useless other than pedaling. one of the treadmills would stop unless you had both hands on the bar which could be uncomfortable. - we only booked for two nights. we should've booked for longer. Emeline, we LOVED you and were so sad to leave. Can't wait to come back!!!

Great! Restaurant and bar!! Food was delish! Everything was great-except no in-room coffee maker. They have coffee cups in the room, but you would have to get dressed and go to elevator area where the coffee station is???..was VERY inconvenient and not sure why they have it set this way, but everything else is first-class! I would definitely recommend!!

I love this hotel it’s has a great vibe and the Bar and restaurant is excellent.. Also the Hotel is located at the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay when visiting Charleston .

Beautiful lobby but room falls short. Dark long hallways. Nespresso machine located on every floor by elevator and not in room. It wasn’t as convenient as in room and didn’t always work. Friendly staff.

This hotel is in a perfect location, the room was the perfect layout for our group of friends to all stay together. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The sheets were crisp and fluffy and there were enough curtain layers to block all the light for sleeping.

The place needs a makeover! Old stained couches welcome you thru the door… in room the dust and cracked counters also stained… floors old and stained just not what we expected… paid for 3 nights only stayed one

Staff was professional. Check in and check out were easy. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is beautifully decorated and is in the perfect location-close to all attractions.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. The restaurant downstairs was great! Close to everything, walkable to other restaurants.

Beautiful historic property. Friendly staff, coffee and water stands on each floor, comfy beds, nice amenities.
